To join, please complete the following forms and take them to your nearest branch office. There are no service charges or fees for this service.

Natural Persons
  • Complete the New Account Application Form.
  • Sign the On-Line Banking (Banca en Línea) Service Agreement.
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions when accessing the On-Line Banking (Banca en Línea) Service for the first time.
Legal persons or holding company


If you forget your password (PIN or secret passcode) and cannot access our On-Line Banking (Banca en Línea) service, please print a New Password Request Form and take the completed form to your nearest branch office.
